Sujata Ayarkar
Sujata Ayarkar (Project Coordinator)
Sujata has completed her M.A. in social work from the Tata institute of social sciences. She has joined AROEHAN in September 2022 as a Project Coordinator. Sujata worked with AROEHAN as a project coordinator from 2013-14 on the health project – Addressing Child Mortality in Maharashtra: The First 1000- days tracking of pregnant and breast-feeding mothers. She worked with CEHAT for the last 8 years for strengthening health care response to the survivors of violence against women and children. She has experience in counselling, providing psychosocial support to the survivors of domestic and sexual violence, intervening in the cases, and connecting survivors to the recourses. She conducts training on the issue of Violence against women and children for various organizations, healthcare providers, and counselors. She represented CEHAT at various national and state-level conferences, and trainings and was actively involved in ‘Maharashtra Mahila Hinsamukti Parishad’ as a core team member from CEHAT.
Pritam Noronha
Pritam Noronha (Operations Manager)
Ms. Pritam Noronha; recently joined AROEHAN as Operations Manager. She has completed her Master’s in Social Work along with the Post Graduate Diploma in Research Methodology from the College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan. Alongside has also completed the Post Graduate diploma in counselling psychology from Xavier’s institution of counselling psychology and Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the Welingkar’s Institute. She has worked as the Research Coordinator for the Research & Development Cell, College of Social Work and as the Programme Officer for the Branch Management Department of Family Planning Association of India, Mumbai Headquarters. She has good experience in research, project implementation, project management, and HR Management. She will be responsible for improving coordination across projects and improving overall operations – programmatic as well as organisational.
