1169 students from 8th to 12th Std. of 4 Ashram Schools participated in this event which is organised every year on the 14th of December by the employees of Siemens who spent the day with the students. They spoke to the students about various aspects on energy: What is energy, different sources of energy, need of conserving energy, alternative sources of energy like solar, water, air, biogas etc. Students were also shown videos. It was an informative and interactive session with the students. They were asked questions and correct answers were positively reinforced with chocolates.
