ITD Project Officer Mr. Prajit Nair (IAS) and Assistant Project Officer Mr Prashant Salve paid an official visit to our field areas in Kurlod village on the 27th of December 2019. He visited the water conservation structures, was interested by our farm pond model, allied livelihoods, floriculture and vegetable cultivation by the villagers. He also interacted with the team and the villagers. He was satisfied with the work undertaken by AROEHAN for the upliftment of the tribal community and mentioned that he will try and sponsor our projects through the government schemes if possible. The APO also asked the villagers who were into Jasmine plantation to enrol themselves in the ITDP schemes.
