Neelam Kakad is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in financial management within the development sector. A commerce graduate, she spent 20 years with Samarthan as the Head of Finance, where she played a pivotal role in building strong financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting program implementation through robust financial management.

She also worked for a brief period with Vidhayak Sansad as the Finance Head, contributing her expertise in financial oversight and institutional processes.

Neelam has recently joined Aarohan as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her deep experience in nonprofit financial governance and organisational strengthening.

Beyond her professional commitments, Neelam has a deep love for nature and enjoys expressing her thoughts through poetry.
